JS Xaya GameEngine Development

Hi,

I try to develop a GameEngine for Xaya with JavaScript and just want to ask if the RPC-GAME methods or ZMQ "game-block-attach" is already implemented in the current daemon?

No, it is not yet - but I'm working on it right now and the next version will have it.  (Without promising anything, I hope that a part of the interface will be pushed to the development branch perhaps some time next week.)

You can take a look at our Github issue for it (but note that this issue is only for a first part of the full interface spec, although it is probably the most important part).

Hey, no I don´t know which framework to choose. But this one is very interesting too, thanks. Maybe I´ll use the GoDot Framework because I´m sort of familiar with this one.

Godot is not Javascript - they use GDScript.  But it seems very productive.  I suppose one would have to create a "node" for CHI in Godot, using C++.

Yes, but GDScript is very similar to JavaScript so its very easy to learn if you can code some JS 😅

GDScript looks like Python, actually.  But yes, it looks really easy to use.

Kinda, but I think it is not very hard to code GDScript if you are familiar with some coding 👍
