snailbrain
IMPORTANT Do not forget to Backup your wallets. Lost coins, passwords cannot be reimbursed in anyway (even if it's our fault) XAYA is Opensource software and you are free to check and contribute to the project as you wish. XAYA Electron Wallet installer (recommended) - (Windows) When you install you will get a publisher not verified warning - this will be rectified in a following update.. Windows Installer : https://github.com/xaya/xaya_electron/releases Source : https://github.com/xaya/xaya_electron/ XAYA QT / Daemon / CLI : If you prefer the good old QT you know what you are doing (but lacks some features), then use this. You should maybe use the qt if you wish to hold onto your coins for a while as the electron wallet matures. Windows and Mac Binaries : https://github.com/xaya/xaya/releases Source : https://github.com/xaya/xaya/ Build instructions are identical to Bitcoin Core - more information is in the readme. snailbrain
version 1.1.1 of the electron wallet has been released. This includes the stealth fixed daemon (same version number) that fixes windows users who had issues with syncing because they had cryllic or other special characters in their windows user names. There is a couple of other updates but there is no need to upgrade unless you experienced the above issue. https://github.com/xaya/xaya_electron/releases
snailbrain
Hey Everyone. There is a new update for the XAYA wallet. This fixes the wallet crashing after restarting it which was due to a new stratum mining pool and some changes that were done in the last hardfork to make it possible to mine with stratum with XAYA's unique Triple Purpose mining technique > https://github.com/xaya/xaya_docs/blob/master/mining.md This update requires you to sync from scratch so you will need to delete your chain. In the electron wallet you can go to settings and press delete chain. If you are using another client (qt) you probably know what to but just delete the chainstate and blocks directories in your datadir. Do not delete your wallet directory. You can download the updated Electron and QT wallets here: Electron >> https://github.com/xaya/xaya_electron/releases 1.1.1a QT/xayad >> https://github.com/xaya/xaya/releases 1.1.1 The good news is that there is now a new pool launching where you can mine CHI http://bsod.pw/ with stratum. The miner details will be released very soon Kind regards
