  1. I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.10 and reinstalled xaya-qt following the guide here, but omitting the git checkout 1.1 line (i.e., using the master branch). Once everything was up and running, headers fully synced and up-to-date, I quit xaya-qt, and copied my backed up wallet over the new empty wallet, restarted xaya-qt, and - hey presto! - everything is OK again! Thanks to all here for advice.
  2. Where is this backend to view and/or make use of now?
  3. Yes. Followed the guide here: From my terminal: ~$ cd xaya ~/xaya$ git checkout 1.1 Branch '1.1' set up to track remote branch '1.1' from 'origin'. Switched to a new branch '1.1'
  4. I tried to update to 1.1 following the guide on here, but when I run xaya-qt it says it is Xaya version v1.0.2.0-875fe5bd7 (64-bit).
  5. SM are certainly unexceptional in their development and customer focus.
  6. I received no notification about this 'hard fork', and only discovered it yesterday, when I came here to find out why my headers were stuck syncing. Of course, I have now upgraded, but nothing works.
  7. Linux version later, too? Didn't realise this was going to be platform-dependent.... SM behind schedule, as per usual.
  8. I can confirm that this all worked perfectly on my not so fresh Ubuntu 18.04 installation. Thanks, again!
